The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SLPA to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with students, teachers, and families to design and implement effective intervention programs that address articulation, language, and fluency needs. Your expertise will help students develop essential communication skills, build confidence, and achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address student needs
* Collaborate with school personnel and families to ensure seamless support
* Provide consultation and training to teachers and staff on speech and language development
* Administer assessments and interpret results to inform instruction
* Maintain accurate records and reports to track student progress

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
* Valid SLPA license/credential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced educational setting
