As a sales associate in our Apparel, Entertainment, Toys, and Sporting Goods departments, you will play a vital role in helping customers find what they need. With a strong understanding of store products and policies, you will be able to effectively locate and select merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring customer orders are filled accurately.

Estimated Salary: $18.35 - $24.30 per hour

You will work closely with multiple supervisors and fellow associates to maintain a clean and organized store environment, stock shelves, and answer customer questions. In return for your hard work, you will receive competitive pay, performance-based incentive awards, and other great benefits, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to walk up to 5 miles per day while fulfilling online customer orders and work in varying weather conditions. You will also need to smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude, dispense customer orders quickly and accurately, and review customer orders to ensure accuracy.
