Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Heubel Shaw in Rogers, AR. As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and supporting material handling equipment, systems, and products at customer locations in a timely and cost-effective manner.
You will diagnose, trouble-shoot, and repair forklifts and other equipment according to established guidelines and procedures, ensuring positive relationships with customers.
The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, basic knowledge of industrial electricity, and experience within the industrial maintenance, automotive, or heavy equipment industries.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Maintain, service, and support material handling equipment, systems, and products at customer locations.
- Diagnose, trouble-shoot, and repair forklifts and other equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment according to established procedures and cost guidelines.
- Complete all required paperwork and time records accurately and completely follow Mobile Tech Procedures as directed by management.
- Account for all parts, materials, tools, and consumables used as required.
- Develop and maintain positive, effective working relationships with customers and co-workers.
