CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)
Role Summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be entrusted with delivering essential patient care and support under the guidance of a Registered Professional Nurse. Your role is vital in ensuring compliance with the organization's policies and the standards set forth by the state.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including meals and prescribed exercises.
- Transport patients to various service areas for diagnostic and treatment purposes.
- Document all patient care activities accurately in accordance with organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- Current certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Experience:
- A minimum of one year of full-time experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Requirements:
- Completion of required pharmacology and clinical skills testing programs.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Annual attendance at safety and infection control education programs.
Physical Requirements:
- Submission of a physician's statement confirming satisfactory health.
- Completion of necessary health screenings and immunizations.

- Professional accountability for maintaining current credentials.
- Timely completion of annual education and health screening requirements.
Performance Expectations:
- Deliver compassionate personal care to assigned patients.

- Adhere to infection control practices and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Exhibit professionalism in appearance and conduct.
