Job Duties- Electronic Charting: Conduct 24-hour electronic chart checks to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information.
- Resident Evaluations: Perform routine evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and nurse practitioners, supplementing the work of Med Aides as needed.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the Director of Nursing (DON) to ensure seamless patient care.
- Supervision: Provide supervision and guidance to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure they are meeting patient care standards.
- Individualized Care: Update and implement individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
