We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to assist in all aspects of our mental health and specialty pharmacy, primarily focusing on the dispensing of medical prescriptions and executing essential clerical tasks under the direct oversight of a licensed pharmacist.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all patients and clinic personnel
  • Process prescription orders and prepare them for verification under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
  • Manage the ordering, receiving, and storage of pharmacy supplies
  • Handle wholesaler medication orders efficiently
  • Monitor medication inventory and maintain accurate records in the system
  • Collaborate with the pharmacist to ensure pharmacy operations comply with all federal and state regulations
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to the pharmacy
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Complete additional duties as assigned
  • Occasionally visit the bank or post office as needed (approximately once per month); personal vehicle use will be reimbursed for mileage

Required Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Oregon
  • Reliable transportation access
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification
  • At least 6 months of experience as a pharmacy technician
