Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, including the preparation and dispensing of medications, and the maintenance of accurate records.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate pharmacy systems, including the use of computer software and equipment, to process prescriptions and manage inventory.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge in pharmacy operations and customer service.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Preferred qualifications include six months of experience in a retail environment, prior work experience with Walgreens, good math skills, and good computer skills.
  • Prior PTCB certification is also preferred.
