We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our dynamic finance team at SegPay.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

This position involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including financial statement preparation, general ledger management, and handling accounts receivable and payable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately post and process journal entries to record all business transactions, systematically categorizing records in the general ledger by assets, liabilities, and expenses.
  • Prepare and review essential financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, ensuring compliance with both legal and company accounting guidelines.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings, along with assisting in the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, verifying deposits and addressing any inquiries, while ensuring accuracy through the reconciliation of transactions from various processors.
  • Process weekly payouts to merchants and affiliates, communicating effectively with clients to resolve any accounting issues they may encounter.
  • Provide support to other accounting personnel and assist with various accounting projects as needed.
Qualifications:

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and possess over five years of relevant experience. Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks and Oracle NetSuite is essential, along with advanced Excel skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities will be vital in this role, enabling you to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

The ability to work independently while also being a team player will be key to achieving success in this position.
