We are seeking an experienced Sustainable Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee building retrofit projects at Johnson Controls.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will manage project resources, implement safety procedures, and foster relationships with customers and subcontractors to ensure profitable project execution.
This role involves:
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction
- Implementing site safety and security procedures
- Fostering relationships with customers and subcontractors
- Developing and maintaining a Project Execution Plan for each assigned project
The Construction Manager is responsible for the executed margin for all assigned projects, which includes:
- Project Profitability
- Executed Gross Margin (Slippage)
- Project cash flow
- Timely Project completion
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent work-related experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of direct project management experience in the Building Construction Industry
- Management experience with projects related to HVAC, Controls/BAS, Lighting, and Renewable Energy systems
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to travel for project assignments
LEED certification or PMP Certification is preferred but not required.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Johnson Controls offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
