Sales Merchandiser

Imperial Trading Co., LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to join our team. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for setting and resetting new and existing business accounts, promoting sales, and increasing profitability to the customer and the company.

• Support sales efforts by executing in-store directives and communicating with customers in a timely manner.
• Set and reset merchandise in store to match authorized layouts provided by the Store owner/Manager or Merchandising Manager.
• Perform basic merchandising duties, including updating store order tags, replacing worn pegs, stripping, and channel strips.
• Assemble or break down, install, and determine proper placement for racks and store fixtures to increase profitability.
• Drive a truck, unload, and unpack merchandise into the store.
• Maintain proper merchandising and shelf labeling in existing accounts.
• Identify potential new customers and refer them to the business development team.
• Report needs and changes in the marketplace to Sales Support Manager and Business Development personnel.
• Execute all directives as mandated and requested by management and company.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and in wet, humid conditions.
