Compensation: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose, repair, and assess overhead cranes and hoisting equipment.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machinery.
- Assist clients by effectively communicating with both customers and office personnel to address equipment repairs.
- Assess and recommend necessary repairs for client equipment.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by addressing concerns, identifying solutions, and suggesting enhancements.
- Service overhead crane systems through quality installations, OSHA/ANSI equivalent inspections, warranty work documentation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and responding to service requests.
- Record service and installation activities through detailed forms, reports, and inspection checklists.
- Build and maintain customer trust by ensuring prompt responses, keeping clients informed of issues, and completing tasks efficiently.
- Exhibit professionalism in presentation, punctuality, appearance, and organization across all responsibilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Capability to work independently.
- Proficient in fabricating and welding structures.
- Skilled in conducting inspections according to OSHA/ANSI standards.
