Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Project Manager or Deputy Program Manager.

Organizational Context: Guardians of Honor LLC engages in initiatives aimed at fostering STEM education among community college students, facilitating their transition to four-year institutions or the workforce. The organization utilizes its unique expertise and resources to provide students with authentic and hands-on learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project timelines and task assignments, ensuring real-time updates in management tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and are informed by the latest information.
  • Participate in regular management meetings to support project execution.
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures and quality control processes to reflect best practices and efficiencies.
  • Contribute to client progress reports, including monthly updates and weekly metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of expenses in the designated tracking system.
  • Conduct market research and literature reviews, presenting findings as needed.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including completed work products and deliverables.
  • Engage in quality control processes, including peer reviews of deliverables.
  • Document quality assessments of deliverables prior to submission to clients or management.
  • Stay informed about relevant technologies and processes, actively capturing and implementing best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.
