Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project timelines and task assignments, ensuring real-time updates in management tools.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and are informed by the latest information.
- Participate in regular management meetings to support project execution.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures and quality control processes to reflect best practices and efficiencies.
- Contribute to client progress reports, including monthly updates and weekly metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses in the designated tracking system.
- Conduct market research and literature reviews, presenting findings as needed.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including completed work products and deliverables.
- Engage in quality control processes, including peer reviews of deliverables.
- Document quality assessments of deliverables prior to submission to clients or management.
