Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of food security challenges and the role innovative technology can play in solving them.
  • Strong advocacy skills with a demonstrated commitment to equitable economic development and workforce initiatives.
  • Ability to navigate and mediate across multiple stakeholder groups, fostering inclusive partnerships and collaborations.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in AgTech or a related industry.
  • Leadership experience in a learning and innovative environment.
  • Alignment with the FARMS Innovation Framework.


What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000.
