Key Responsibilities:
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnostic and Repair: Diagnose and repair complex refrigeration system issues, ensuring that our clients' businesses are not disrupted.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our service and repair work.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on service and repair work.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in refrigeration service and repair.
  • Certifications: EPA Universal Certification and valid driver's license required.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
