Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Patient Care Technician to provide exceptional patient care and support urologists during procedures. As a Patient Care Technician, you will be responsible for preparing sterile surgical supplies, ensuring equipment availability, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist urologists during procedures by following sterile techniques and processes.
  • Prepare sterile surgical supplies for required cases.
  • Ensure equipment needed for patient care is available for procedures.
  • Monitor and restock supplies for scheduled procedures.
  • Order supplies, sterile and non-sterile, for different facilities.
  • Coordinate supply needs between sites and share inventory when necessary.
  • Maintain current inventory levels and track orders.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  • 1+ year of patient care or operating room experience preferred.
  • Satisfy credentialing requirements established by healthcare facilities.
  • Obtain and maintain laser certifications as required by law and operational needs.
  • Maintain current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Moderate computer skills.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience.
