About the Role

We're seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at the Louisville Detention Center in Kentucky. In this role, you'll contribute to the assessment of patients' health status, participate in developing and modifying patient care plans, and provide direct basic care to assigned patients.

As an LPN with YesCare, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with regional medical directors, site medical providers, and other site nursing leaders to ensure high-quality patient care. You'll also be responsible for performing delegated tasks, activities, and functions consistent with your prior education and within the scope of practice.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to patient assessments and develop care plans
  • Provide direct basic care to assigned patients
  • Collaborate with medical teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Perform delegated tasks and activities within scope of practice
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
