- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives, aligning with the organization's mission and vision.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement.
- BLS certification through American Heart Association.
- BSN Degree from an accredited School of Nursing required.
