Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients from initial contact through to vehicle purchase or appraisal.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle conditions, gathering and relaying essential information to facilitate accurate appraisals.
  • Manage the intake of vehicles, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and reconciliation.
  • Perform cosmetic inspections to guarantee all vehicles meet CarMax's high-quality standards.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including report generation, transaction paperwork management, and communication with finance partners.
  • Schedule service appointments and verify the accuracy of repair order invoices for services rendered.

Role Purpose:

You will be expected to build rapport with customers quickly, understand their needs, and manage a diverse range of tasks with minimal supervision.
