Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients from initial contact through to vehicle purchase or appraisal.
- Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle conditions, gathering and relaying essential information to facilitate accurate appraisals.
- Manage the intake of vehicles, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and reconciliation.
- Perform cosmetic inspections to guarantee all vehicles meet CarMax's high-quality standards.
- Handle various administrative tasks, including report generation, transaction paperwork management, and communication with finance partners.
- Schedule service appointments and verify the accuracy of repair order invoices for services rendered.
Role Purpose:
