**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conducting thorough inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Implementing a zero-defects commitment to maintain the highest level of product quality
  • Resolving quality assurance issues with operators and technicians in a timely and effective manner
  • Calibrating gaging equipment to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Participating in internal and external audits to maintain compliance with industry standards
  • Promoting quality and safety awareness among team members to foster a culture of excellence
  • Practicing good housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Utilizing statistical process control for monitoring processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Performing additional duties as requested by Management to support the team's goals and objectives

**Requirements:**

  • High School Education or equivalent
  • 5-10 years of quality experience in manufacturing
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
  • Working knowledge of ISO standards
  • Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Internet, and Excel
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
