Key Responsibilities- Medication Management: Oversee the medication program, ensuring accuracy of medication assistance records and providing hands-on medication assistance to residents.
- Treatment Administration: Perform treatments according to physician orders, taking blood pressure, pulse, blood sugar, and other vital signs as needed.
- Charting and Communication: Chart relevant information about residents, update physicians on changes in condition, and take physician orders.
- Activities of Daily Living: Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Resident Care Director to supervise and counsel the resident care team, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Licensure and Certification: Must have a current LPN license and CPR certification.
- Experience: One year of experience in senior services preferred.
- Skills: Expert knowledge in field of practice, ability to make independent decisions, and proficiency in nursing practices and procedures.
