Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnostic Review: Analyze and report on diagnostic tests to gauge patient health status.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and assess patient care plans.
- Patient Preparation: Prepare patients for examinations and treatments, ensuring that care is culturally sensitive and informative.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Communication: Effectively communicate care plans to patients, families, and team members, adhering to all regulatory guidelines.
- Discharge Planning: Utilize available resources to assist in planning for patient discharge.

Qualifications:
