We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team at Visiting Docs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with patients in their residences or in assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person general primary care services to patients.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic conditions.
  • Prescribe and refill medications as appropriate.
  • Actively communicate with patients, families, other specialists, and facility personnel.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as imaging and lab work.
  • Document patients' histories and treatments in EMR.

Qualifications:

  • Active unrestricted New York state Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
  • Minimum three years of experience preferred.
  • PECOS enrolled.
  • DEA certified.
  • BCLS.
  • Knowledge of eClinicalworks preferred.

No evenings or weekends required. Ideally, the schedule would be Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package are included.
