We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Operations Coordinator to join our team at University Mechanical Contractors, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating Service Technician work schedules and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take incoming calls from clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Make decisions regarding Service Technician assignment and prioritization of incoming service calls.
- Create work orders and purchase orders.
- Coordinate Service Technician schedule for preventive maintenance inspections, service calls, and service project work.
- Order and track preventive maintenance materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training/education.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer-service orientation.
- Flexibility to re-direct and re-prioritize tasks under pressure.
Working Conditions:
Regular attendance and promptness are considered critical parts of this employee's essential job functions.
