Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As an LPN, you will have the flexibility to choose your own shifts and work in a variety of settings, including post-acute facilities in the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and monitor their effects
  • Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history of residents
  • Review residents' charts and medical records

Requirements
