Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Caregiver to join our team. As a Nursing Caregiver, you will work closely with our residents to provide top-quality nursing care and support their overall well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care and support to residents in our memory care neighborhoods
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

  • MA Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) nursing license required
  • Experience working with seniors and individuals with dementia
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
