Position: Corporate Counsel

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor and customer agreements
  • Provide legal guidance on employment issues, intellectual property, real estate transactions, and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee the management of the company's intellectual property portfolio
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations
  • Represent the organization in legal matters and counsel senior management
Required Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law institution
  • Active membership in the Ohio State Bar
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant laws and regulations, along with exceptional negotiation abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within the manufacturing sector
  • Proven track record of handling complex legal matters
  • Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance frameworks
