About Our Salon

We're seeking a talented Pet Grooming Salon Manager to join our team at PetSmart. As a Salon Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the operations of our grooming salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

About the Role
  • Onboard new salon associates and groomers, ensuring they complete all training requirements and annual safety certifications.
  • Perform Hands on Pet (HOP) assessments on all pets to recommend services and build trust with pet parents.
  • Perform dog grooming services to breed standards and client preferences, holding groomers to the same standards.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of every pet and associate in the store, taking immediate action when necessary.

The New York wage range for this position is $18.81 to $38.67 per hour. This position is paid on an hourly basis. Exact rate of pay will be based on location, position, and experience level. In no instance will PetSmart pay less than the minimum wage for the location in which you have applied. This position is also eligible for benefits as described at https://www.petsmart.com/careers.
