Responsibilities:
* Work with computer systems to key functions, including letter composition, log entry, time entry, diary entry, and report of investigation composition
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all medical claims processing systems
* Collaborate with the Medical Claims Unit to resolve claims-related issues
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Keying skills of 45 wpm required
* Experience with personal computers and medical claims processing systems preferred
* Designations in INS or AIC preferred
