Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper/Accountant to become a vital part of our organization. In this role, you will be tasked with the preparation and analysis of financial documentation for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and scrutinize accounting documents, financial statements, tax filings, and various financial reports.
  • Develop and interpret reports related to business activities and financial planning.
  • Accountable for the preparation of financial statements.
  • Record journal entries for accrued expenses and revenues.
  • Manage and document fixed assets.
  • Compile and present weekly/monthly financial reports.
  • Support additional accounting initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in accounting or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with contemporary accounting software and reporting tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience:
  • Relevant experience: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Environment:
  • Single location with occasional travel to various sites as necessary.
