  • Title Report Review: Review title reports and date down endorsements provided by title companies.
  • Chain of Title Verification: Verify the accuracy of affidavits of authority and chain of title, especially regarding assignment accuracy.
  • Bankruptcy Case Analysis: Analyze bankruptcy cases and understand title chains.
  • Mortgage Document Interpretation: Interpret parcel maps and mortgage documents, including loan documents and appraisals.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize Excel spreadsheets and multiple client websites for communication.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Problem-solve and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • General Office Tasks: Handle general office tasks, including copying, filing, and answering phones.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Mortgage Industry Experience: Background in mortgage industry, foreclosure, escrow, or title.
  • Technical Skills: Mortgage documents and computer proficiency required.
  • Adaptability and Organization: Fast-paced environment adaptability, organization, multitasking, and 50 wpm typing speed.
