About the Role:
We are in search of a skilled and driven Permanent Litigation Associate to enhance our esteemed legal practice.

In this role, you will engage in diverse facets of litigation, encompassing legal research, drafting of legal documents, discovery processes, conducting depositions, negotiations, court appearances, and trial preparations.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to refine your expertise in a stimulating and rewarding setting, collaborating with some of the leading legal professionals in the field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all dimensions of litigation, including case assessment, motion preparation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and court proceedings.
  • Deliver legal counsel and insights on a variety of matters, ensuring optimal outcomes for our clients.
  • Execute comprehensive legal research and analysis to bolster case preparation and litigation tactics.
  • Draft and present oral arguments in court settings.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support personnel to ensure effective case management.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Licensed to practice in the State of New York.
  • A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, ideally with a concentration in commercial litigation.
  • Outstanding analytical, research, and written communication abilities.
  • Proven capacity to manage a substantial case load efficiently and effectively.
