Hospice RN Weekend Baylor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospice RN to join our team at Andwell Health Partners. As a Hospice Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a physician's plan of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care with realistic and measurable outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote informed decision-making.
  • Assess and address patients' holistic health care needs.
  • Demonstrate expertise in assessment and technical skills.
  • Utilize knowledge of pain control and symptom management to improve patient outcomes.
  • Work 30 hours per week and receive compensation for 36 hours.

Requirements:

  • Current R.N. license in the State of Maine.
  • ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing is preferred.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • One year of recent clinical nursing experience is necessary.
  • A reliable vehicle with insurance is required.
