Job Summary:

The Diocese of La Crosse is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Director of Faith Formation to join our team. As a key member of our parish staff, you will be responsible for the development, organization, and administration of our religious education and Catholic formation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive faith formation programs for all ages
  • Collaborate with the pastor, parish staff, and Diocesan Department of Catholic Formation to achieve catechetical mission goals
  • Recruit, train, and supervise catechists and other program staff
  • Manage program budgets and resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local Catholic schools and organizations

Requirements:

  • Working towards or possess elevated level religious certification
  • Bachelor's degree in religious education, theology, or related field preferred
  • Teaching experience in religious education preferred
