Host Opportunity at Brown Iron Brewhouse

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Host to join our team at Brown Iron Brewhouse. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the rotation of tables, and working in the expo window to communicate between the front of house and back of house.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm and a smile
  • Take carry-out orders and ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage the rotation of tables to optimize seating capacity and ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Work in the expo window to communicate between the front of house and back of house, ensuring timely and presentable food delivery to tables
Requirements:
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of our beer hall
  • Flexible availability for both morning and night shifts, with a willingness to work a variety of schedules
