About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Inspector with expertise in soldering to join our team at Cornerstone Staffing Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who possess a strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

As an Electronics Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of electronic components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards. You will also be required to perform soldering tasks as part of the inspection process.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in FQA or FQC, with a proven track record of identifying defects and implementing corrective actions. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct visual inspections of electronic components and assemblies using MPI and other visual aids
  • Perform soldering tasks as required, using a microscope for inspections
  • Identify and report defects, implementing corrective actions as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspection results
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in FQA or FQC
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to lift 50 lbs if needed
  • MUST BE ABLE TO SOLDER- will be tested as part of the interview process
Preferred Qualifications
  • IPC-A-610E certification preferred
  • Experience checking conformal coating boards
  • Knowledge of CGMP, FDA regulations, and quality management principles
Benefits

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience. The shift is day shift (7am-3pm), Monday-Friday, with some overtime and weekends as needed. The expected hours are 40 per week.
