Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 2-4 project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project work plans, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changing requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Coordinate quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, ensuring timely invoicing and monitoring of receivables.
  • Program Coordination: Organize and oversee interconnected projects, optimizing resource allocation for maximum return on investment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients and team members, providing regular updates on project status.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of hands-on project management experience.
  • 5+ years in program management roles.
  • Project Management Professional certification required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
