Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and results-focused Sales Specialist to join our team at Holiday World RV. As a Camping Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers to discuss their RV needs and provide recommendations on aftermarket parts and accessories.
  • Present products and demonstrate their benefits to customers.
  • Assist customers in the store and over the phone with their purchases.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and process orders in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of dealership warehouse experience or training preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
