Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify and meet their financial needs.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of Northwest Bank's products and services to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible financial solutions.
- Work collaboratively with other specialists to connect clients with experts who can help with their financial needs.
- Proactively acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships through outreach and pre-planned appointments.
- Engage with clients as they enter the branch, welcoming them and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
- Open new accounts and communicate with clients to recognize cross-selling opportunities and assist with mortgage, consumer loan, and credit card functions as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and supported throughout their banking experience.
- Utilize knowledge of Northwest Bank's technology to educate and assist clients on the usage of self-service options, such as the Northwest Mobile App and ATMs.
- Complete educational training as assigned and self-educate using bank-designed programs and applications.
- Assist office management as needed with audit certification requirements and participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
- Comply with all Northwest Bank policies and procedures, including acting professionally, conducting business ethically, and avoiding conflicts of interest.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1 year banking and/or retail experience preferred.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- FINRA SIE (required).
- LIFE/HEALTH PRODUCER (required).
- NYS LIFE (preferred).
- SERIES 6 (required).
- SERIES 63 (required).
- SERIES 66 (preferred).
