Key Responsibilities
- Resolve failed claims and denials, ensuring timely claim submission.
- Interpret Explanation of Benefits, EOBs, for various types of insurance.
- Update patient demographics, insurance, and billing information in database/billing system.
- Identify, research, and process refunds and overpayments.
- Investigate and resolve unbilled and no response claims.
- Resolve telephone calls and written correspondence from patients and insurance companies.
