We are seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee our operations in South Snohomish County. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for supervising drivers and a small service team, ensuring optimal routing and high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will excel in route planning and driver management, facilitating seamless daily logistics for deliveries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In the first 30-60 days:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's services, processes, clients, and industry positioning.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify how each area can support the role.
- Accompany drivers on their routes to gain practical insights into operations.
Within the next 3 months and ongoing:
- Participate in weekly Leadership Team meetings.
- Become proficient in the routing system, taking full ownership of the process, including managing disruptions and schedule adjustments.
- Plan daily driver routes.
- Oversee facility maintenance and begin managing the sales team.
Within the next 6 months and ongoing:
- Contribute to the establishment of quarterly goals for both the company and department.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop labor and maintenance plans for the upcoming year and address hiring needs.
- Proactively manage truck requisitions and fulfill fleet requirements efficiently.
Within the next 12 months and ongoing:
- Establish and consistently achieve quarterly objectives.
- Become a trusted member of the Leadership Team, aligning with company goals and culture.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company's operations, culture, and objectives.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience required
- Proven experience in operations management, logistics, and route operations in a warehouse or production environment required
- Valid driver's license required
- Proficient in Google Workplace and Microsoft Office Suite required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively required
- Desire and capability to lead and mentor a team with a focus on process improvement required
- Strong judgment skills in various situations, with excellent written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational abilities required
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills required
- Detail-oriented required
- Outstanding interpersonal skills required
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds required
- Experience supervising drivers a plus
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance a plus
- Certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish a plus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The compensation range for this position is $70,000-$85,000 annually, based on experience and skillset.
