Job Title: Service Advisor

At Murphy-Hoffman Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate customer repair requests and estimates
  • Assist Service Manager with clerical duties, such as documentation and repair order filing
  • Work with Service Manager and Shop Foremen to ensure timely action and settlement of disputes and warranty claims
  • Maintain and administer shop tool and supply requirements and status
  • Inform Service Manager of customer complaints and advise customers of needed service work
  • Participate in training to stay current on technical and warranty issues
Requirements:
  • CDL (preferred)
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a related field
  • Computer experience (preferred)
  • Strong customer relations and communication skills
  • Good leadership abilities
