Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics.Responsibilities Performs a variety of duties in surgical services to maintain a well-supplied, sterile environment.Perform terminal cleaning of each operating room daily, including thorough decontamination of furniture, equipment and air vents. Transport case carts, equipment and supplies and dispose of hazardous waste according to policies and procedures.Monitor and maintain supply inventories at an appropriate par level.Provide physical assistance for patient positioning, lifting and moving as directed by clinical nursing staff.Requirements Education:High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience,if applicable.Additional Preferences No additional preferences.Why Join Our Team Ascension Saint Thomas is a leading health care system with a 125-year history of providing care to the community, and is the only faith-based, non profit health system in Middle Tennessee.
