About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our engineering and sciences services team, you will be responsible for leading large capital projects from evaluation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Provide project management, budget management, and technical support to our clients.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor plant performance and make recommendations to improve heat rate.
  • Technical Support: Utilize computer business tools to develop and justify budgets, write work orders, order material, develop project schedules, and monitor equipment.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Initiate, troubleshoot, and review root cause analyses for system equipment failures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred, Mechanical, etc.).
  • Skills: Critical knowledge of fossil power plant cycles, good oral/written communication skills, strong organizational and administrative skills, and self-motivation.
  • Physical Demands: Must be physically capable of working in an industrial plant environment.
