We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to become a vital part of our organization.
The Licensed Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality physical therapy services within a collaborative interdisciplinary framework.
Your role will involve planning and executing prescribed skilled physical therapy treatments and training for patients facing various injuries, illnesses, and functional limitations, with the goal of achieving optimal physical performance.
Collaboration with physicians and clinical team members is essential to gather comprehensive patient information and assist in the development, implementation, and modification of therapy treatment programs and Plans of Treatment.
You will create and implement rehabilitation programs aligned with the physician's Plan of Treatment and the overall objectives of the patient and rehabilitation team, adjusting treatments as necessary to maximize outcomes.Candidate Qualifications:
A Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association and the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Physical Therapy Association) is required. Current PT Licensure in the state of practice and CPR Certification are mandatory. A minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or home health setting is preferred.
