Role Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Client Assessments: Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Occupational Therapy Services: Deliver client-centered occupational therapy services, focusing on enhancing functional abilities and independence.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and current documentation of client progress, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and treatment plans.
  • Therapeutic Strategies: Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall development of therapeutic strategies.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
  • Candidates must hold current Virginia licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team is required.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development is essential.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
