Crozer Health is seeking a skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Perform patient care, including administering medications and utilizing IV skills
- Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques and patient seclusion
- Document nursing process and communicate with physicians
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Current PA RN License
- ACLS and PALS certification preferred
- 6 months of professional nursing experience
- Current ED experience required or 2 years of recent acute care experience as a Paramedic
