- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and available resources.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly, utilizing electronic medical records and other documentation tools.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
- Current Pennsylvania RN license and CPR certification required.
- ACLS and PALS certification required within 12 months of hire.
- Experience in acute care specialty specific area preferred.
