We are seeking a fast-paced, busy service shop Service Advisor who is a multi-tasker, customer service superstar, and liaison between our technicians and customers. This role is challenging, rewarding, and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities- Greet Customers: Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience.
- Service Advisor Experience: Two years of relevant experience required.
- Dealership Franchise Experience: Preferred but not required.
- Ford Certifications: Required for this role.
- Document Customer Concerns: Accurately document customer concerns and schedule appointments for vehicle services.
- Estimate Repairs: Provide estimates for repairs and services.
- Communicate with Technicians: Ensure timely completion of work and maintain accurate records of services performed and payments received.
- Cash Handling: Process cash and credit card transactions.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts and supplies.
- Automotive Knowledge: Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Cash Handling Experience: Preferred but not required.
