- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, and 12 months of office, clerical, or administrative experience.
- Skills: Strong ability to coach and motivate team members, effective communication and interpersonal skills, advanced computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, detail-oriented with accuracy and attention to deadlines, experience in customer service and conflict resolution, and proficiency with productivity software and collaboration tools.
- Certifications: None required.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Repetitive Motion: Engage in repetitive motion while performing job duties.
- Standard Office Environment: Work in a standard office environment with minimal distractions.
