Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse II in the NICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and at least 12 months of experience as a registered nurse in a healthcare environment. You must also be licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Texas and have a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Additionally, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
